Mark is accredited as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner by the Federal Attorney General’s Department and can therefore provide compulsory Family Dispute Resolution and issue s60I Certificates under the Family Law Act. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Family Law Arbitrators and Mediators (AIFLAM), and of LEADR.
In addition, he is uniquely qualified to mediate in other civil disputes: as well as being an Accredited Specialist in Family Law and an FDRP, he spent the first decade of his career as a commercial lawyer practising in the Sydney CBD, both as a partner of Solomon Garland Partners and as a Director of national law firm Gadens Lawyers. He is a member of the NSW District Court Mediators Panel and of the NSW Law Society’s Mediator Panel.

Our Charges:
- intake and assessment (generally approximately one hour for each party): $250 plus GST per party;
- full day (around six hours) $3,000 plus GST;
- half day (around three hours) $1,500 plus GST;
- venue hire (if required) at cost.

Mark is accredited by the Federal Attorney General’s Department to provide compulsory Family Dispute Resolution and to issue s60I Certificates under the Family Law Act for disputes involving children.
